By accessing or using Karur Kart (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make purchases on Karur Kart. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. Accounts created with false information may be suspended without notice.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• One person may not maintain more than one active account.

All products are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund.

All payments are processed through SabPaisa Payment Gateway. By placing an order you authorise us to charge the total order amount to your chosen payment method. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, and Digital Wallets. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant. Karur Kart does not store card details on its servers.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, suspected fraud, errors in product or pricing information, or inability to obtain authorisation for payment. Orders may be cancelled by you before dispatch — please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

All content on the Platform — including logos, graphics, product images, text, and AI-generated recommendations — is the property of Karur Kart or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

• You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
• You must not submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• You must not post content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights.
• Automated scraping or bot access is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karur Kart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any products purchased. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City], India.
